Sistem Pengaduan Masyarakat Badung (SIDUMAS Badung) is a mobile-based application that involves public participation and it is a two-way interaction between public and government, which is used as a tool to monitor and verify achievements of development programs and accommodates public complaints or aspirations related to the implementation of development programs in Badung Regency.
Badung citizens can provide reports or complaints through complaint feature in SIDUMAS Badung. It will be reviewed and validated by the SIDUMAS Badung verification team, then forwarded to relevant institutions or departments for follow up.
SIDUMAS Badung was developed by Badung Regency Communication and Informatics Department on behalf of Badung Regency Governance.
